The above quote touched me because the way swami has explained in a very simple manner, which we don’t realize is how we should practice in our everyday life. In real life, if we practice truth, and conduct our duty with right active and deed will provide peace within our inner self’s, leading to the end result of overflowing with love.

This quote has touched my heart; hence, it is very true. Saying or telling people is not enough, I think putting into action or service and doing it from your heart makes a lot of difference. For e.g. doing sewa/service to human kind is one that provides endless love.

In this modern age and environment more hate rage, violence, and crime is increasing day by day. If we can practice and understand the deep meaning of this quote, our life and those of future generation would be peaceful.

In my daily life, I strive to embody the philosophy of starting, spending, filling, and ending each day with love in several ways. I begin my day by setting positive intentions and expressing gratitude for the blessings in my life. Throughout the day, I consciously seek opportunities to spread love and kindness to others. I make a conscious effort to infuse love into all my interactions and endeavors, whether at work, home, or in the community. As the day draws to a close, I reflect on my experiences and interactions, acknowledging moments where I may have fallen short and resolving to do better.
